I have heard their WebMethods stake comes in the form of warrants received as a fee for consulting or as a finder...

Could explain why not disclosed.

I consider WEBM less of a substantive reason to own THCG than it once was... will be good for some decent press but little else.

Management and some of the other investments = the potential here.
