YAHOO! Internet Life Online Film Festival Selects USA
Video Interactive as Exclusive Webcast Provider for
pre-Oscars Event

HOLLYWOOD, California - February 2, 2000 - Yahoo!
Internet Life has selected USA Video Interactive (OTC BB:
USVO; CDNX: US; www.usvo.com) as its official and exclusive
webcast provider for its Yahoo! Internet Life Online Film
Festival scheduled to kick off Academy Awards week on
March 22 and 23. The event will be held in Hollywood and will
feature key members of the online and offline communities
including Roger Ebert, Amazon.com (Nasdaq: AMZN;
www.amazon.com), iFilm (www.ifilm.com), AtomFilms
(www.atomfilms.com) and others.

"We selected USA Video Interactive because of their position
as a leader in video-on-demand services," said Jesse Jacobs,
Yahoo! Internet Life Online Film Festival Director. "The intent of
the festival is to showcase the most innovative ways that
filmmakers, online film sites, studios and digital technology

USA Video Interactive will webcast the closing-night event,
which will be held at the Sunset Room in Hollywood. The event
will feature a multi-camera, multi-media film and music
extravaganza. The event will be cybercast live on Yahoo!
Broadcast (Nasdaq: YHOO; www.yahoo.com). Details and
