pfe declines to make comments. i own both stocks. i have seen 2.6 ratio in their trading patterns over the last week. so pfe is not paying too much more. Wla will have to pay ahp and 2.75 should cover it. Hopefully drg sector will take off after this. maybe pfe mngmt wil compensate ahp w. some other deals.
