These are not one-time glitches. These are result of a fundamental change in the industry that has effected the supply chain. Dell model relied on supply of component being higher than demand, that is no longer true.

Dell experienced phenomenal growth over the past 4 years due to the supply chain matching the strength of its BTO model. Dell's model is no longer superior. They need to focus on their marketing and quality of product and services. They have been doing a good job.

My question is how close is the price of DELL to properly account for this shift in the supply chain, and how close is DELL from being a good buy? I think we are close.
