oops apologies for sort of being on topic rather than sour graping,expressing vendettas..concerned about my own portfolio performance etc..
truthfully it sounds to me as if barrick is going to have its cake and eat it too..geez..with their money..how easy if they thought gold might start running would it be for them to take over companies short of cash after this nuclear bear? besides having all those reserves and cheap costs to further put in production; it will be interesting to see the current offers for those mining companies exiting mining..
wonder how much money has been made my some just writing covered calls on barrick when it reaches the highs..
isn't it silly to argue with small minded people who just have to point the finger at somebody or in this case the unique scapegoating
of a company planning on staying in business regardless of the forces that be or something like that :-)
