I listened to the Market Maven audio. Mark Liebowit has spoken of VLNC in the past, sounds pumped up now. Sees Valence as possibly forging ahead in a down market. Personally, FWIW I agree the market will be soft into March, then flat to moderately up rest of the year. Opinions?

Hey all, just received "the call" from Valence concerning the proxy. They advised me to call my broker if report not received by end of this week. Valence wants investors to have these in hand for voting purposes.
