I don't hold any Internet retailers in my personal account or our fund now - again, the margins and marketing costs are lethal compared to the revenue they can bring in.

In the long run I expect most online retailing to come under the big retailers that existed before the Net came along and have deep enough pockets to add an Internet dimension to a bricks and mortar operation.

At the same time, I don't think "clicks and mortar" retailers represent a good investment either.
