Each site or "store" would require its own "loyalty"
card thus charity fundraisers and corporate promo
could rotate or run concurrently different type of
card sales to mitigate saturation and duplication.

(Eg. School has musiccard fund raiser, group within
school also has bookcard fundraiser, and three months
later the band within that school has a dvdcard
fundraiser. A person who bought a musiccard wouldn't have
a need for another musiccard, and if they bought an
all inclusive "mall" card then they also wouldn't have
a need for another of those, but they may want or need
a photo or book card).
