I've tracked the company in a watch port but haven't done a lot of research on DIGL. My first reaction to this article is that the company is trading with a forward PE over 100 for this FY and is expected to show EPS growth in the 35% range next FY. I'm not sure that I agree with the analyst who can't understand why the stock might have fallen. It would be one thing if this company never had a blip on the radar but when you restate earnings and revamp management the street should be a little more interested in the actual numbers and have a 'prove it to me' attitude. 35% eps growth and an 18 month forward PE of 87 looks pretty highly valued to this observer, even if they have an excellent niche market.

I need to do more research before I comment on the company itself and the potential, as the above comments are based on this article.
