ICICI debenture bond issue to open on Feb 7

MUMBAI, Feb. 2

ICICI Ltd's issue of unsecured redeemable debenture bonds aggregating Rs. 300 crores with a right to retain over-subscription of up to Rs. 300 crores will open for subscription on February 7, and close on February 24.

Under the umbrella prospectus, ICICI is allowed to raise up to Rs. 4,000 crores by way of bonds, with a right to retain over-subscription up to Rs. 4,000 crores in tranches over a period of one year. ICICI has made five public offerings under the umbrella prospectus so far. hindubusinessline.com
