Good luck in your endeavor. Having gone through a similar exercise a number of years ago, I understand how much effort goes into such a venture.

I don't know the specifics of your venture, so forgive me if the following suggestion is needless:

I recommend highly that you get a CPA involved ASAP, and have him keep up-to-date on the books throughout the year. That way, it is much easier to deal with the year-end tax statements, not to mention the inevitable mid-year dropouts along the way.
