Thanks Denis, somehow I missed the LU charge affecting the quarterly earnings. Will make next year third quarter look better when compared to this quarter. Many will have forgotten why there was a loss in this quarter. Peoplesoft acquisition looks good. Their customers are one ACVC should go after with it software. I think the next quarter report should give us an idea what they paid. Jack
