I'm sure the Rag Head is already calling Gelsinger a liar. BTW Gelsinger is the one I heard say CuMine would match K7 in Integer performance months ago, only to be called a liar....

Anyway, I digress... If this report is true, and I have no way of knowing if it is <GGG> then Intel already has highly functional Willamette silicon running on their A-0 stepping!!! The significance of this should send every AMDolt running for cover. This is the first raw silicon. The early version.... No speed path work... No process optimization.... Nothing... and it's running good enough to demo in public!!! That is...if this report is true.
