OpenAvenue Acquires CodeCatalog and Cyclic.com from SourceGear
Specialized Search Engine and Popular CVS Community Extend Functionality and Reach of Open-Source Service Provider's Innovative Infrastructure
Scotts Valley, CA -- Paul Hessinger, chairman and chief executive officer of OpenAvenue, Inc., today announced that the company has acquired CodeCatalog and Cyclic.com from SourceGear Corporation. A Web-based open-source code search engine, CodeCatalog (www.codecatalog.com) provides a fast reference tool to search and browse a source code repository which currently contains more than 20 million lines of open-source code from Linux, Mozilla, KDE, GNOME, and others. All of the most popular open-source projects are represented, searchable, browsable, and cross-referenced against each other.
