If Lucent considers other CTI small caps for buyout....Dialogic will prevail. The "clean house" as you put it is imperative and thus individual investors would then see a great turnaround in stock price. The company DOES NOT need to turnaround it's technological position. All pieces of that puzzle are in place. That is why this small cap company is so great and can be the Microsoft of CTI. It is up to the individual investor to do whatever necessary to get those in a position of authority to look and listen to the postings on this thread and others like it. This thread is like no other that I know of....and I see hundreds monthly. It speaks of truth and integrity... of the things that some at Dialogic might not like to admit. This is my opinion: If the board of directors at Dialogic remain intact at Dialogic with Howard Bubb at the helm through 1998 this issue will tank and never recover. The technology sector moves too swiftly. It makes me very sad, a knot builds in my gut as I remember this company 3 years ago. Incredibly great opportunity lay ahead in 1995, 1996 and 1997. For that to be squandered by the greed a few individuals and not by market correction or fate sickens me.
