Good post Allan,
I am on Pc quote as well. I also use a separate PcQuote system on another PC for strictly US trading- It is ECN trading at it's best.( ONE SECOND EXECUTION!!!!!)
The Real Tick connection IN Canada is Scwabb though. They are geared to the utmost in professional trading as possible in Canada. (average execution time less than 30 seconds.)
Best execution available in Canada IMO.
My costs to trade are over 25,000.00 /year for isp, dedicated phone lines, live feeds etc.
CSW and regular phone lines do not cut it for fast, dependable trading. I have lost thousands in one bad execution before in the past and would never consider trading momentum stocks in Canada with the slow executions available these days.

Leanne at PC Quotes is very professional and courteous. She realizes that they as well as Scwabb are catering to the "elite of traders" if you will pardon the expression.

I had never read anything positive about CSW nor have i ever used it. But in this day and age they are way far behind the times and service levels that the traders demand and need.

Also Scwabb rates are much better than most other online trading facilities in Canada. But the price per trade should not be as important as the execution. Again IMO.

Cheers,

BB

Just my thoughts,

BB
