could knowledgeable WAVC posters respond, is the following accurate?

they (wavc) do have products now which are fixed wireless, very high speed, require line-of-sight, and will be used for connecting corporate lans, and creating rural isps.

i believe these products are along the lines of what TGNT and NXLK are using.

the next 2 paragraphs below suggest that come q1 and q2 2000 WAVC will these products:

"The first product, to be released in the first quarter of 2000 is the LMS2000, a 2.4 GHz network designed to provide organizations and businesses with high speed Internet and LAN connectivity."

"The second product in the LMS (Last Mile Solution) family and available in the second quarter of 2000 is the LMS3000, a 900MHz wireless Internet network. Designed to provide Internet connectivity to the residential and SOHO markets, the LMS3000 will initially support user data rates up to
128kbps. An illustration of an LMS3000 network follows as Figure 2".

do they fit into the MCOM scheme as a partner, i don't know! *BUT* read this from July 28, 1999 (when did MCI and VV invest in MCOM???), this the head of WAVC marketing speaking:

"I might just digress and say that, as you may know, one of our competitors recently got a sizeable influx of cash to roll out a product that I believe covers less of the market than our new LMS product family will. So I think
that's a good sign for the viability of the product and the organization.".
