Received notice of proposed settlement from bankruptcy trustee in the case of ICE Communications.ICE received a $150,000 payment from SEXI. The trustee challenged to appropriateness of this payment in that there was no evidence that indicated that SEXI received value from this expenditure. ICE Communications was the company who was involved with a "potential" sale to an element of the Johns Hopkins Hospital. I checked on this situation when the SEXI carefully worded news release was published. I posted my findings at that time to wit. There was no sale. The Doctor mentioned by name in the news release reported that a Fred Molthin had offered to install a system at no charge and to allow its use for a period of time in order to prove its capabilities.Mr. Molthin was the Ptresident of ICE. However, subseqent follow up revealed that ICE never came back and never installed anything. In any event the compromise involves payment of $15,000 by ICE.Further should payment not be received by 15 April a judgement for $25,000.00 will be entered against ICE Communications.
