Quintek Completes Warrant Offering
CAMARILLO, Calif., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Quintek Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: QTEK) today announced they have completed their offering of Class A Warrants, successfully raising over one million dollars during the past 8 months. The Class A Warrants, with a strike price of $1.00, expired on January 14, 2000.

Quintek's Class B Warrants, with a strike price of $2.00, have been extended until March 14, 2000. Also, Quintek will continue to honor Class A Warrants, at a new strike price of $2.00, until March 14, 2000.

"We appreciate the confidence of our shareholders and the commitment they have made to Quintek," stated Tom Sims, Quintek's President & CEO, "and plan to reward this loyalty by aggressively building share value by introducing new products, expanding our customer base and developing additional strategic partnerships."

In year 2000, Quintek plans to continue expanding sales of equipment, media and software, while launching their new Internet based Web Shuttle software to link client systems to 4300 based conversion and archiving centers. The first center, established in Karlskoga, Sweden and operated by Qtek (a subsidiary of Quintek), is in production at this time, converting digital files into 100-year archival records for Celsius Corporation. Quintek plans to offer this same service to other companies throughout the world, using the Internet as the primary link for marketing, administrating, and performing the services.

Quintek supplies chemical-free products used to preserve digital data and insure against information loss. Quintek is headquartered in Camarillo, California.
