Weird headlines this A.M.:

08:21 30-YEAR TREASURY BOND RALLIES 1 25/32 TO YIELD 6.15%

I don't know what to make of this.Can the 30 year bond fall below Fed Funds? Is this possible? What happens to mortgage rates? What is going on here? Unhappily, I will have to be out most of the morning, but would like to come back to some discussion of this odd market this afternoon!
