UF did a great job of answering your GMST question, so the only thing I would add is that GMST is merging with TV Guide, which, as one analyst said, "The Game is Over" as far as who is going to be the winner in this segment. They also recently purchased Rocket e-books, so they will be exploiting the interactive book market as well.
