I got spanked by AMZN today, I was silly enough to go short in extended hours after hearing
the terrible numbers... silly me.

I understand that fundamentals dont play a big role in most of todays stocks, but a rally on
earnings like that? pfffft


I feel for you. You should have seen what this stock did to me two years ago when I was short and the business plan was failing then.

It is failing more now but the market does care. The analysts want their firms to get the underwriting business to raise more cash for them.
