Of course it does. This is the reason why all good peer reviewed scientific research requires full disclosure and there is a hierarchy of valid research results depending on that disclosure. My experience in this area shows that experimental and test design is biased by these considerations and the results do not withstand the scrutiny of subsequent objective testing. That is without criticizing the actual experimental design and measurement.

The report is not a starting point to assess the SANbox, since it did not adequately assess the MKII. Fabrics have clearly been built with the MKII and HP/Agilent has not found the same difficulties that were mentioned in the report.
