SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2000--e.Digital Corp. (OTCBB:EDIG - news) announced today that it has filed its application with Nasdaq for a listing on the National Market system. The company currently trades on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol EDIG.

Fred Falk, president and chief executive officer said, ``A Nasdaq listing will be important for e.Digital to attract mainstream analyst coverage, as well as institutional investors beyond our current base.'
