Almost time to short techs again? Hard to say in this irrational market if techs will make a new high in the face of what looks to be at least 1-3 more rate hikes. QQQ is looking toppy again... 207.61.23.98 I may take a short position in selected issues as I don't see much upside from here even if techs blow thru 195. What's the symbol for the ultra-short bear fund again?
