PB,
RE:"Willy scenarios are vastly different, from my perspective. I can't predict the future, so who knows if there are any unforeseen problems over the horizon. I am fairly confident that the Willy launch will not be plagued by issues similar to the Coppermine launch. It would have to be something from out in left field, and I have my gaze firmly planted towards left field. :-)"

Are you suggesting that Intel will be able to rush a new, very sophisticated core to market, relatively bug free and with a big die be able to have good yields at high speeds right off the bat?
Last time they introduced a new core was in what, 1994-5?
Their metal will be tested. Hope they aren't setting you guys up for a big fall...

Jim
