Ha. I feel the same way. It took 25 min for most of my orders to fill. the real time stock quotes don't work all of the time. their researching tools suck. you can't get charts. if they screw up a trade and you attempt to change it through the telephone, they will re-direct you to their online department saying that they can't do it, it must be done online. this is terrible service, and royal is making billions. i wish they'd invest some of that back into customer service and satisfaction. reducing fees and service charges would go a long way.
