Craig,

<<I have never owned Brocade stock>>

Let's pretend for a moment that you had a rich uncle who left you 1000 shares of BRCD. You did not have to fret over valuations; you were just bequeathed it. This would certainly be a sum worth your time to consider the impact on your family. Would you sell it immediately? Would you hold on to it for future price appreciation? How would you view Brocade's competition? What would make you uneasy about Brocade the company? (I suspect you've never owned an equity about which you had no concerns or reservations <g>) How would you view Ancor as a threat to the value of your inheritance?

There are a thousand reasons to be dissatisfied with ANCR. In my mind the question is are there enough reasons to think that ANCR will do well enough to provide a decent return. My opinions of Ancor management, product offerings, Keylabs testing, etc. are immaterial. Potential customers' opinions on these matters are highly material. If the customers vote yea with their pocketbooks, I will do well financially. If Ancor announces a few more major OEM contracts this year, the shortcomings of the MKII won't matter.

Greg
