Del:

The big hit on money took place after their last takeover failure. Their last takeover targets success would have pushed the stock to high points unimagined. However, so much static came from workers of the takeover company that eventually there was no way Clearly could win. Truthfully, I think competition in the bottled water arena is not as fierce as you may want to believe. Cola drinks fair the same as well. There is alot of room in the beverage community/sector. However, I do believe much has to deal with the companies way of handeling advertisment of their products. No explaination as the seasonal dip during the January time frame, unless their fiscal year is based on calendar months then that would explain the dip.

The hot item I am awaiting is news of the next takeover target. I am interested in knowing who and when. I don't believe Pepsi or Coke has entered the bottled water arena....yet. I think if they decided to do so they wouldn't start from scratch. Better to receive a company that has already been established in the market.

Good luck with your investment decisions.

Good Day
Shannon
