But they have huge revs and an EBITDA of 153MM or 3.70/shr. And yes it has been saved by new equity investments and cash.

Also, they have positive operating cash flows. If someone takes away the debt it is a cheap deal.

I don't mind about the assets etc. What counts is that their interest coverage by EBITDA is healthy.

If you look for an impaired company then look at Donald Tumps DJT.
