Corporation to Attend Canada's Foremost Hardware Show

UTICA, New York, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Trim-A-Lawn Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board: TLWN) announced today that as part of the continuing
effort to expand international sales, the company will be attending the
Canadian Hardware and Building Materials Show. This trade show, the supershow
of hardlines retailing, is to be held February 6-8, 2000 at the
National Trade Centre in Toronto, Quebec.
Upwards of 20,000 retailer-buyers annually participate in the show, which
attracts a dynamic audience of retailers, dealers, wholesalers, mass merchants

150 super home & garden centers).
"A number of the largest retail chains in that market have expressed
strong interest in our product line," said Jack Moore, Trim-A-Lawn Director of
Sales. "I will be personally attending the show and meeting with many of
these people during the show. The Canadian market is a natural extension of
our aggressive sales program to mass "merchandisers.
The Canadian Hardware and Building Materials Show, now entering its
95th year, is Canada's largest, longest running and most comprehensive trade
show.
