Thanks, Sarkie. The funny thing is that I, who am computer challenged, tried the precise remedy you suggested but was unable to get into RTQ. Shortly after responding to a message on the MCOM thread I read the several replies to playavermont's message, including yours. I suspected that the problem had been solved and I was right. I simply clicked on RTQ and it was working again.
I, too, have difficulties with SI e-mail. the problem may exist because I am a guest on another's computer. However, the problem has existed for 6 weeks and, despite 2 notifications to SI about 4 to 6 weeks ago, I have heard nothing in response. I am being patient about this because I have other e-mail resources, but there really can be no excuse for failing to acknowledge my messages. I have been reluctant to say these things on the thread, but I noticed that other longer and very faithful GNETers have posted messages recently expressing dismay about SI's performance. Nevertheless, I will continue to be patient and wait for SI's move from L.A. to Seattle to be completed, which, I understand, will occur shortly. |
