Tarek, don't worry about the insider selling. Even the WSJ downplays it. Yea, there was a lot, but I can site stock and stock when after the insiders sold tons of shares, the stock skyrocketed. Remember, insiders are not market guru's and are often wrong. Yep, we were slaughtered, but IMP is still the same company fundamentally. Nothing has changed. Sit tight and wait for the next quarters earnings and also about the 2nd quarter of 97, I really see the revenues coming in from their EPAC chip along with ZIP! The company is still hiring people and contracting out services. Companies don't do this if things are looking bad.
