.../\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\, we're pretty much on the same page, it appears. however, i would add that the uncertainty as pointed out (will the distribution occur and if so, when?) is enough to keep COMS from trading totally in step with PALM. having said that, to NOT stay in step means people are basically betting against the distribution occurring and/or declaring that they are not willing to tie up funds for that long. and as we all know, uncertainty in the market can be a bigger detriment to a stock's price than bad news. no? :) mark
