Looking at the balance sheets of the last 2 quarters, the net loss on Q4's income statement was offset by the positive change in Accounts Payable alone. Overall cash & marketable securities are down ~$200mm sequentially but the 'investment' accounts combine to be up $175mm so you are basically there. Whether you are slightly cash flow positive or not isn't all that meaningful.

The real point is that Amazon grew non-book revenues 200% sequentially while books grew a respectable 34% sequential. The model works and we are headed for eventual 100%+ return on capital.
