Marc, I think stockholders remember Vince's disastrous detour into bodybuilding, where Joe Weider kicked his butt up between his shoulders. The football looks like another way to feud with Ted Turner. Except for the All American Conference and The AFL, other pigskin leagues haven't fared so well against the monopoly. Arena Football, WFL, etc. have all gone down the drain.
