Bill,

I have tried to educate you and others as to the complexity of bringing out a new technology. It is not an easy task especially since several companies must commit to developing the infrastructure and to putting out the resources in personnel and equipment to make this happen.

Hankuk had a setback with the Asian financial crisis but is back up to speed. You would do yourself a favor if you would contact them so you could determine for yourself that their commitment to SPD products is stronger than ever and they have been working continuously throughout the last 18 month to bring this to fruition.

As for the early licensing agreements, I explained to you exactly what transpired. These agreements are all part of what has lead us here today. Never did RFI claim those licensees were ready to bring out products. Saxe has now said publicly there is a "strong possibility" we will see the products within the next 12-18 months. His prior statement that you compare to was his "hope" and not based on feedback from licensees working on commercialization. There were no licensees working on commercialization prior to 1997, now there are several and we have every reason to believe that products will be here soon. That is why REFR has risen 400% to all time new highs and will continue as the public sees what a tremendous play this is. No debt and the possibility of 100s of millions in revenues in the next few years. I think the long side of this will be the most rewarding in the long run.
