When were these shares registered?
I understand that many insiders have most of their net worth wrapped up in ASDV stock. These people have cost bases in the pennies and want some liquidity.
There are also venture capital funds which invested early on and now are distributing shares to their investors. These people have had their money tied up for many years and some need to sell.
I reiterate that at current prices, management feels the stock is undervalued and relatively fewer shares should be offered this quarter. I do not know if the 200,000 shares you refer to are new or tombstone announcements of previous sales.
