NET SHEPHERD ANNOUNCES TIMETABLE FOR CLOSING DEAL WITH THE VANENBURG GROUP
Calgary, Alberta --

Special Meeting for shareholders scheduled for March 21st

Net Shepherd Inc. (CDNX: WEB) announced today the timetable leading up to the Special Meeting of Net Shepherd Inc.'s shareholders to vote on the enhanced business transactions with the Vanenburg Group.

"Since we announced this proposal on the 29th of November, we have been working with the Vanenburg Group on a number of definitive technical and commercial agreements," explained Don Sandford, President & CEO of Net Shepherd.

"The benefits of the Enhanced Business Transactions to Net Shepherd Inc.," continued Sandford, are that:

1. It dramatically changes our delivery capability, providing access to capital and resources that will enable us to bring products to market much faster.

2. It provides capital for the go-to-market strategies of the Applications Companies that are selling our services in the markets.

3. It repatriates rights to our core platform technology under one roof as well as bringing additional patented technology to Net Shepherd.

4. It gives us an increased US presence.

5. The acquisition of ClickChoice provides NSI with a major new application company in the field of consumer intelligence and provides a platform for launching Net Shepherd's Business Intelligence offerings.

6. It offers organisational efficiencies."

"We expect to mail the Information Circular and other documents shortly," continued Sandford, "thereafter we intend to hold a Net Shepherd Investor Forum teleconference."

"The Special Meeting of Net Shepherd's shareholders to vote on the transaction is expected to be held on March 21st, approximately 30 days after the mailing of the Information Circular, as required by legislation," explained Sandford. "Details of the meeting will be given in the Information Circular."
