Hi Jon: I am from the Silicon Valley and I can say a few simple things. I have had @home since January. My phone line is free now. My modem is hooked up - in case I want to use it. It is definitely faster. The service so far is very good. They send me an invoice by e-mail once a month, so I don't get any surprises on my Visa statement. There was just one little snag. I had an MO drive hooked up and everything went haywire. It was set right immediately - seems there was some clash in the plug and play set up. They are happy with the windows set-up. They say they do not support NT. Which is sad, but can put up with. George.
