I doubt it this time, but you never know what BubbleBoy will do to help his rich friends. My guess is that they know in a general sense what the problems are out there and they wouldn't do an irrational out of control whipsaw in the rates over 2 weeks. He is a senile old fool, but not that bad, yet.
