For sure they say there would be no additional dillution.

If gold remain in the current range till year end, mining will stop at San Francisco and higher cash flows (up to $5M) will come out from residual ore on leach pads prodcuing ounces at very little cost. So this should carry them well into 2001.

But the route they are pursuing is really a $4 millions loan to get Vueltas going. If they find it, they are out of problems and the stock will get back up.
