Intranet, Inc. (OTCBB:FNTN - news) announced that it has retained
Richard A. Eisner & Company, LLP (Eisner) as its outside auditors.
As such, Eisner will be responsible for performing, at the
outset, the 1999 audit and help with the regulatory filing
requirements of the Company for the 1999 required annual reports. The
firm was chosen, in part, because of it broad range of services,
including extensive SEC reporting experience, significant
specialization in the new media and technology industries, and because
of its niche as a top player in the small business merger and
acquisition and corporate finance areas.
