DesertRat1, I wonder why an 8k was not sent out. If I remember correctly the old auditors are Reminick, Aarons & Company, LLP. Isn't the change in auditors a material event justifying an 8k. Maybe it has been filed but it's not showing up in freeedgar.com yet. Usually, the old auditors provide a statement saying that there is no disagreement between the companies etc. etc....
