Thanks Darleen... And likewise for you as well.. I guess maybe I should poke my nose in over on the GPM thread and instigate a couple of tirades... <VBG>

This wage issue for me is kind of a non-starter. We've essentially seen productivity outpacing wage growth:

It is difficult to believe as IT systems continue to render traditional "middleman" distribution networks obsolete, that productivity will decline in the near term. The internet will bring together vendors and customers, eliminating the inefficient intermediaries, replacing retail workers, and creating the ability to manage wage increases among skilled labor.

Eventually we'll reach a plateau, but I think we're just seeing the beginning of this economic transition.
