Dan: The book value based on immediate cash would be around $3. However it has intangible assets may increase that to say $7 or so. I have no upto date figures post acquisition.

The EBITDA/Sales rate is one of the lowest in the Industry and shows deterioration. Further the cash flow last year was also -ve.

I am surprised that the Street gave GEAC investors such a long rope. They should have reined in last year. I dont see
any reason to be optimistic.

This Company had been overvalued for its performance.
