Tom, I hope someone else will answer you. I've always disclosed that I'm by no means a CPA. (Although Mrs. Drat is. But she "promised" not to ever help with FNTN questions :-(, lol) But I think I know what you're are talking about, because I've seen that before. It may be that the standard disclaimer can be put into the quarterly after the fact. I just read another company's 10Qsb and it had that sort of thing. DRat.
