Zeev....now that you have given us your interpretation on their fiancial condition, which sounds scary to say the least ....what do you think of their technology. . The fact that they beat AMAT and LRCX in three runoffs in oxide etch, which happens to be the most diffcult etch in the .25u area. The fact that TI and siemans are/have placed repeat orders for forcefill units. The fact that Hyundai is getting 10% better yeilds from TRKN tools than they are from the other competing tools. The fact that the newly released low K Flowfill tool (anounced in Feburary) already has a buyer and two orders on the way. The fact that every major logic maker is interested in the low K flowfill CVD and that they are "overwhelmed by wafer activity". The fact that they are the only company to be able to achieve anything below a K constant of 3. At this point one has to assume that INTC is part of this wafer activity for low k....I'm sure they would love to speed up their chips by 50% Would love your technical feedback for all three tools. dave
