Erik, Thanks for the education. I'm not convinced the electric providers will be galvanized (pun somewhat intended) into action by deregulation, but if they don't eat their lunch I'm sure someone will be glad to do it for them. Anyway this is really just a tangential point. I find no fault with your arguments and I'm glad to hear them. I need to check into BLDP to see if they're in a better situation. Thanks Mr Bones
