Political reasons at the NASD figure in. So does lack of critical mass ie liquidity. All kinds of things including inability to execute. Notice that none of the buyside firms that suposedly should embrace this (and in fact have a few trial systems installed) like FIDO and Putnam have bought the stock. Gee, if Fido was following the words of it's former master, Peter Lynch and it liked the ATG product, well then they would buy it. Massive insider selling, on and on, it has all the things I like in a short.
